This is the first little boy card I've made in a while. I love this stamp set called "Too Punny" and have been looking for occasions to use it. I masked the fish to add in the little (very top) of the birthday hat. I then colored it in with gel pens.Stamp sets: Too Punny, Around and About, Birthday hat from Button Bear, bubbles and little school of fish~sea animals set I got about 12 years ago... have no idea who made it!
Cardstock: Stampin' Up Brocade Blue, Certainly Celery, White cardstock from Walmart
Ink: same as above
Ribbon - Dots, Dashes, & Checks from Michael's, Eyelets - Making Memories (I think)
